BillsaveUK Ltd is a new Leicester based business focusing on providing energy saving measures to homes. We need to find motivated, hard-working individuals who want to become an integral part of a new company.

We are looking for Installers to Install Cavity Wall and Loft insulation into domestic/commercial properties. We ideally require an immediate start in this role.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

Cavity Specific:

  • Drill holes to specified drill pattern (internally if new build property) and through mortar joints externally on existing occupied properties, working off ladders or other access equipment
  • Fill hopper (observing safety regulations) with compressed packs of mineral fibre
  • Blow’ shredded mineral fibre through hose and nozzle, into pre-drilled holes to achieve a full and complete fill of the cavity
  • Re-point drilled holes on exterior of property to match original mortar as closely as possible
  • To make sure work area is cleared, brick dust is cleaned off windowsills, pathways are swept and debris and packaging is removed from site and disposed of correctly, prior to the completion of all paperwork and before leaving site
  • To attend and pass ACOPs and CSCS training/tests as required, in order to carry-out the above duties

Loft Specific:

    • Load roof space with the required amount of insulation rolls in readiness to insulate loft
    • Access lofts with ladders and light provided by the company, first placing dust sheets and taking extra care not to cause unnecessary disturbance, debris or damage
    • Correctly fit loft insulation to the standard set by the company
    • Lag pipes and insulate loft hatch, tank, tank lid etc as required to the standard set by the company
    • Correctly fit draught proofing insulation material to all specified areas to the meet the relevant specification
  • Make sure work area is cleared (including any excess material) and debris and packaging is removed from site and disposed of correctly, prior to the completion of all paperwork and before leaving site

Applicable to Both Roles

  • Load insulation material on to company owned vehicle and to drive to and from various sites to carry out insulation works
  • Complete all relevant paperwork correctly and in a legible manner and return it to the Planning Team on a daily basis
  • Correctly install and complete tachographs (if in charge of a 7.5-ton vehicle) and hand them in on a weekly basis
  • Adhere to any reasonable work instructions given, either verbally or electronically by BillSaveUK nominated employees or agent
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Ensure that all administration duties are carried out in line with company procedures

Electrician – Leicester/National coverage

The Role:Installation & maintenance of electrical works to domestic, social & commercial properties.   Work involves technical application of electrical principles.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

 

  • To install and maintain electrical works to the wiring regulations BS7671 & to manufactures specifications, on domestic, social & commercial properties.
  • To test, inspect and self-certify all installed works in line with BS7671 regulations.

We are looking for Energy Savings Advisors/Surveyors to identify viable leads for domestic energy saving measures, understanding needs, matching with an appropriate customer proposition and owning and managing the customer relationship from identification through to install.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Plan and organise diary and workload commitments in order to maximise sales opportunities in an effective and timely manner (cold calling/ canvassing, referral follow up, initial visit, additional visits, pre-visit validation calls, research, courtesy calls, install dates, door drops etc.)
  • Plan, prioritise and manage personal sales activity to ensure targets are achieved and/ or exceeded whilst adhering to company procedures and guidelines and ensuring the company brand and reputation are maintained
  • Management of sales territory and customer pipeline through assessing target areas within the territory, identifying potential customers, making appropriate sales approaches and managing the customer relationship through to install and following up to identify referral opportunities post install

  • Assessing the viability of the home and homeowners to ensure the home/ customer is an appropriate and viable customer
  • Completing a full survey of the home (completion of accurate measurements and calculations, product specific survey, Risk Assessment, RdSAP survey) and assessment of the homeowner to ensure energy savings, benefits are accurately identified for the customer and an effective install can take place
  • Identifying the most effective manner and style for a customer (single or dual decision makers), evaluating the situation, thinking on the spot and responding appropriately to increase the effectiveness of the customer presentation and proposition
  • Acting as the point of contact for the customer and ambassador of the company throughout the customer journey reinforcing company values and brand
  • Utilise CRM and other tools and systems (via tablets and/ or laptops) to manage workload, diary, completion of customer information and proposal documentation, gain e-signatures and to accurately record and report sales performance KPI’s and results on a daily and weekly basis
  • Ensure all associated administration duties are carried out accurately and in line with company procedures

We need to find motivated, hard-working individuals who want to become an integral part of an

innovative company, and we are now looking to recruit a Commercial Sales Coordinator. This is a head

office based role. You will have the responsibility for developing your own customer base of

regional/national house builders and self-build accounts, negotiation on contract values, fixed price

periods, retentions, specification and lead times. You will also assist the BDM’s in their role with the

major house builders, which will involve liaising with Estimating, Sales Order Processing and Planning

to support their endeavours to effectively maintain and increase business from our current and

potential new customers.  You will have daily involvement with the team, whether it is scheduling

appointments/meetings, generation/following up and closing sales leads along with other

responsibilities to support the Sales team increasing sales revenue.

 

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Quotations to be sent out to clients in a timely manner
  • Organising pre-contracts meetings for prospective new business by liaising with the client and respective BDM
  • CRM system updated daily with all contact gained regarding negotiation of new business and live contracts.
  • Sales orders to be checked, balanced and imported into Netsuite
  • Ensure a Log of all sales reports/pipelines are maintained at all times for your respective territory.
