BillsaveUK Ltd is a new Leicester based business focusing on providing energy saving measures to homes. We need to find motivated, hard-working individuals who want to become an integral part of a new company.

We are looking for Installers to Install Cavity Wall and Loft insulation into domestic/commercial properties. We ideally require an immediate start in this role.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

Cavity Specific:

  • Drill holes to specified drill pattern (internally if new build property) and through mortar joints externally on existing occupied properties, working off ladders or other access equipment
  • Fill hopper (observing safety regulations) with compressed packs of mineral fibre
  • Blow’ shredded mineral fibre through hose and nozzle, into pre-drilled holes to achieve a full and complete fill of the cavity
  • Re-point drilled holes on exterior of property to match original mortar as closely as possible
  • To make sure work area is cleared, brick dust is cleaned off windowsills, pathways are swept and debris and packaging is removed from site and disposed of correctly, prior to the completion of all paperwork and before leaving site
  • To attend and pass ACOPs and CSCS training/tests as required, in order to carry-out the above duties

Loft Specific:

    • Load roof space with the required amount of insulation rolls in readiness to insulate loft
    • Access lofts with ladders and light provided by the company, first placing dust sheets and taking extra care not to cause unnecessary disturbance, debris or damage
    • Correctly fit loft insulation to the standard set by the company
    • Lag pipes and insulate loft hatch, tank, tank lid etc as required to the standard set by the company
    • Correctly fit draught proofing insulation material to all specified areas to the meet the relevant specification
  • Make sure work area is cleared (including any excess material) and debris and packaging is removed from site and disposed of correctly, prior to the completion of all paperwork and before leaving site

Applicable to Both Roles

  • Load insulation material on to company owned vehicle and to drive to and from various sites to carry out insulation works
  • Complete all relevant paperwork correctly and in a legible manner and return it to the Planning Team on a daily basis
  • Correctly install and complete tachographs (if in charge of a 7.5-ton vehicle) and hand them in on a weekly basis
  • Adhere to any reasonable work instructions given, either verbally or electronically by BillSaveUK nominated employees or agent
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Ensure that all administration duties are carried out in line with company procedures
  • Ensure that a professional and courteous approach is maintained at all time
  • Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure that the working environment is practical for both yourself and others

Please be aware that this is a physical role requiring that you work outside in all weathers. Working at heights is also a fundamental aspect of the role, along with working within confined spaces.

Working Hours:

 

45 hours per week, working Monday to Friday with Occasional Saturday between the hours of 6.00 a.m. and 6 p.m., with 1hour unpaid break daily, however flexibility in working hours will be required. Please note that occasional weekend working may also be required.

Credit Controller

£21k per annum + benefits + Performance Bonus

BillsaveUK Ltd is a Leicester based business focusing on providing energy saving measures to new homes and domestic properties. We need to find a motivated, hard-working individual who want to become an integral part of an innovative company in the Accounts Dept.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • To look after specific ledger of both Group and Independent accounts.
  • Contact all customers during the collection period multiple times if necessary to ensure payment will be made and ledger fully contacted.
  • For Group accounts – contact Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors for each site to make sure invoices have been received and job has been completed and authorised.
  • To then contact Finance Department for Groups to make sure sub-contractors payment application received and payment is on the system.
  • For Independents – contact Finance Department and make sure invoices have been received/authorised and ready for payment.
  • Maintain account details so they are constantly up to date.
  • Log all contact details after every communication on the system for future reference.
  • Work to Cash & DSO targets on a monthly basis set by AR Manager.
  • Identify issues and drive for issue resolution as soon as possible.
  • Run reports from the system as required in excel to be constantly fully updated on ledger status.
  • To procure payment details from customer and add payment value to the Cash Tracker for forecasting purposes.
  • Monitor payment promises and make sure they materialise following up on any failed payments.
  • Use mechanisms in place to monitor promised payments/ top ten issues/ issue reports.
  • Build relationships with customer’s key contacts to facilitate early/speedy settlement.
  • Make sure the customer has everything required to process invoices for payment sending copy invoices, statements, jobs sheets etc. as required.
  • Prioritising workload effectively to make sure the ledger is fully contacted pro-actively.
  • Understand customer billing/authorisation and payment schedules so contact is done at the right time and is more effective.
  • Ensure that a professional and courteous approach is adopted at all times
  • Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure that the working environment is practical for both yourself and others.
  • Liaise closely with commercial, cross functions teams and key stake holders within the company.
  • To assist Invoicing Team as and when required.
  • And any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post, which may be allocated from time to time.

Driven and motivated individuals who have:

Proven experience of working within a busy high pressured, target orientated, credit management environment.

To understand the billing/authorisation and payment process of Key Accounts to tailor contact levels around those schedule time lines.

The ability to build relationships with key customers and procure payment within terms on a consistent basis.

Ability to understand and read payment patterns and identify signals of delinquent payers and target payment accordingly.

Have a good understanding of Credit Management, Credit Terms, DSO and DDSO and how they affect the business.

Ability to work on own initiative and manage workload and prioritise effectively.

We are looking for Telemarketing Agents to join our team. To work with the Telemarketing Manager to establish a best in class Telemarketing team responsible for creating appointments for the ESA team from both inbound and outbound call traffic. The TA will be responsible for developing potential customers into quality leads for our ESA teams from a variety of sources and ensuring that these are vetted and logged correctly

The main roles and responsibilities for this position are:

  • Handle inbound calls from a range of third party sources and converting these into high quality leads through qualification within the agreed timescales
  • Making outbound calls to customers who have requested a contact via the BillSaveUK website,

email or other online / offline sources and converting these into high quality leads through qualification within the agreed timescales.

  • Cold calling potential customers based on data lists with a view to generating high quality leads through qualification.
  • Engage with customers to facilitate conversation with the aim of scheduling a home visit appointment
  • Ensure customers and their properties meet pre-determined criteria, questioning effectively to ensure that appointments have a high probability of leading to a successful install
  • Adding all lead data onto our systems in the prescribed manner.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Update existing customer data where applicable.
  • Handling any customer queries or challenges that arise during conversations. Answer customer questions accurately as required, overcome objections and lead them through an effective customer journey ensuring maintenance of high levels of customer service
  • Put the customer at the heart of all processes.
  • Analyse data and leads to look at source and quality and recommend changes/additions
