When we first receive your complaint we will acknowledge it promptly within 2 working days and advise you who will be investigating it and how they can be contacted.
We will carry out a thorough investigation and inform you of the results. We aim to provide a final response to your complaint as quickly as possible and certainly within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint.
If you are not happy with our response and you think that we haven’t addressed your issues fully then please let us know so we can determine whether there is anything further that we can do.
